    Shipping and returns

    We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, 12 EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand. Every order is tracked.

    It's free on orders of $49 or more, except to Switzerland and Norway. Below $49, it's a flat $5.95 ($9.95 for Alaska, Hawaii, Switzerland, and Norway). Full table on our Shipping page.

    Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 7–12 business days in the US, 9–15 in Canada, 8–14 in the UK and Europe, and 10–16 in Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

    30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Email us your order number and we'll reply with return instructions within one business day.

    Damaged or faulty? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement within 1–2 business days. You won't need to return anything.
