AZZARI COMPANY LLC d/b/a Mantelly (“Mantelly”, “we”) operates mantelly.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

You give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of any message you send us. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store them.

We collect automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, to email you about that order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal obligations, and — only if you asked for it — to send you marketing.

Who we share it with

Shopify (our store platform), our payment processors, our shipping partners and carriers, our email and analytics providers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of the EU, the UK and California have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone. Write to support@mantelly.com and we respond within 30 days.

Marketing

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click and it stops.

Apps and services we use

Shopify (store platform, checkout and email), Shopify Payments and our card processors, our shipping carriers and tracking providers. When we add a reviews, tracking or marketing app, it will be listed here.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
