Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery

United States (48 states and DC): 7 to 12 business days. Alaska and Hawaii: 10 to 16. Canada: 9 to 15. United Kingdom and Ireland: 8 to 14. European Union: 8 to 14. Switzerland and Norway: 10 to 16. Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 16.

Cost

Free over $49 in the United States and at the equivalent threshold in every other market. Below that, a flat $5.95 ($9.95 for Alaska, Hawaii, Switzerland and Norway).

Christmas cut-off

Order by December 1 for the United States, Canada, the UK and Europe. Order by November 24 for Australia and New Zealand.

Duties and taxes

Prices for the United Kingdom and the European Union include VAT and import duties, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the label is printed.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we refund the product price less the shipping cost.
