Shipping
When does it arrive? Orders leave our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 12 business days in the United States and Canada, 8 to 14 in the UK and Europe, and 10 to 16 in Australia and New Zealand.
What is the Christmas cut-off? Order by December 1 for the United States, Canada, the UK and Europe, and by November 24 for Australia and New Zealand.
Is shipping free? Free on orders of US$49 or more to every country we ship to except Switzerland and Norway. Below that it is a flat US$5.95 (US$9.95 for Alaska, Hawaii, Switzerland and Norway).
Do you ship to my country? We ship across North America, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. If your country appears at checkout, we ship there.
Will I pay customs? No. Duties and VAT are included in the price you see for the UK and the EU.
Returns
How long do I have? 30 days from delivery.
What if it arrives damaged? Send us a photo. We ship a replacement immediately — nothing to return.
Who pays return shipping? We do, if the item is faulty or not what was described. If you simply changed your mind, the return trip is on you.

Can I cancel or change my order? Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Write to us and we cancel with a full refund or change it before it ships.
Where is my parcel? Your tracking number arrives by email the moment the label is printed. You can also track it here.
