    Shipping and returns

    We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, 12 EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand. Every order is tracked.

    It's free once your order reaches the free-shipping amount for your country, shown in the bar at the top of the page. Below that, a small flat fee applies. Switzerland and Norway pay one flat rate. Every rate is on our Shipping page. Full table on our Shipping page.

    Orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery takes 7–12 business days in the contiguous US (10–16 for Alaska and Hawaii), 9–15 in Canada, 8–14 in the UK and Europe, and 10–16 in Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

    30-day returns. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Email us your order number and we'll reply with return instructions within one business day.

    Damaged, faulty, or wrong? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement within 1 business day. You won't need to return anything.
